Horizon, its simple. Forza Motorsport is a simcade that tries to be a sim and there are way better sims. Horizon is arcade and doesnt try to be anything else, it is untouched by any other open world racer. NFS is a trainwreck and The Crew 2 is rather disappointing. Horizon is more fun for me.

Benefit of steam is the download manager is more reliable in my opinion. And it makes a game folder you can just delete easily. I get faster download speeds through the Xbox app than Steam. On average I get 10-14 MB/s on Steam while I get 18-25 MB/s on the Xbox app. The xbox store encrypts the game files, and hides them in locked folders.
